The She Owns It She Biz Conference (SOISB) is an annual empowerment experience created to amplify, support, and invest in the leadership, innovation, and lived experiences of women. Founded with intention and purpose, the conference was designed to fill a gap creating a space where we could gather, learn, share resources, and be fully seen in their power.

At its core, She Owns It She Biz was created because women are often leading businesses, families, and communities without access to equitable resources, visibility, or support. The conference exists to change that narrative by providing access, connection, celebration, and opportunity in one intentional space.

What the Conference Is

The She Owns It She Biz Conference (SOISB) is a multi-day platform that brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, community leaders, advocates and anyone who wants to be better for meaningful conversations, skill-building, and collaboration. Through panels, workshops, keynote sessions, and signature events, the conference highlights real-world experiences and practical strategies that attendees can apply in their life.


This is not a one-size-fits-all conference it is a space where lived experience matters, community is prioritized, and growth for everyone is intentional. Stakeholders are welcomed as partners and allies, and individuals from all backgrounds who believe in empowerment, leadership, and collective progress are invited to attend. The environment is rooted in respect, authenticity, and shared learning.
